Location was excellent. Size of the property was fantastic. Free dedicated parking spaces.

− The only downside was the occasional helicopter landing on the roof of hospital next door. Was very loud especially when it happens at night.

Great value for money and comfortable bed.

The place was located in CBD area and we could walk to all main attractions such as Salamanca market and restaurants and bars near by which was fantastic. Easy check in (we requested for little earlier check in but this was not possible so we checked in at 3pm) Bed was very comfortable and they had all amenities that we needed.

− Hair dryer was old and tacky, would be nice to replace them for next guests. Also would be nice to have a clothes drying rack (doesn't need to be a big one but at least one rather than just a dryer) From the second floor bedroom, you can hear the steps from the top floor bedroom, even a little steps makes a lot of squeaky noises, but it was manageable.

Spacious and stylish. Great location. Loved the furniture and art and the fact there were basic provisions in the pantry. There was a generosity of spirit in the way the place was set up as a home away from home.

− Only two things need tobe looked at , only one out of four cooktop electric cooker works, and the gas BBQ needs gas ,it was empty when we arrived
