10.0Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem großartigem Pool - dieser ist nicht nur sehr groß, sondern auch tief genug, um herrlich schwimmen zu können. Generell ist die komplette Außengestaltung schlicht perfekt und für jeden Geschmack passend: Ausreichend Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten, Schatten und Sonnenplätze mit großem Schirm und alles hochwertig. Das Anbieter-Ehepaar rundet das Bild ab und steht bei Tipps für die Umgebung gerne zur Verfügung - bleibt aber immer im Hintergrund. Einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub!

The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. A truly charming place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

10.0The house was just amazing and in the most beautiful setting. It was immaculate and finished to a very high standard and very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent for accessing Rome, the beaches, and also Braciano Lake. I used to live near this area many years ago.so it was a very nostalgic visit for me. The hosts, Fillipo Patrica and their daughter Roberta, were so welcoming, helpful, and extremely kind. Nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend a visit, the gardens were kept beautiful the tranquillity was something else and to wake up to the bird chorus every morning was jsut lovley.. The pool was wonderful, we will return without a doubt, it felt very much like home. Heart felt thanks to Fillipo, Patricia, and Roberta for making us so welcome. Thank you wonderful.new memories made 💖
