10.0Great room for the night, close to the shops and short walk for food. Very comfy beds and nice room that is close to the ferry so was ideal.

Not a good experience, noisy plumbing, no breakfast or restaurant, tired in need of decorating.
1.0− Mould on ceiling with paint falling off around windows and ceiling, no breakfast or restaurant although advertised available, loud noise from toilets early 6-7am and during the night. Most disapppointing, will definately not be using again. Please update on website to reflect, no restaurant or breakfast. One thing was positive it was clean thankfully.
