Perfect cottage and location

We were 2 couples on an Easter break. Perfect location. The house is very quaint, comfortable beds. Only problem was the poor internet connection. We couldn't call/receive in the house, which in our case was a problem. A non-slip mat in the bath and a handrail would be good, along with a handrail on the stairs. Especially for elderly people. We ate out for the 4 days we were here. The old School restaurant was excellent, can highly reccommend it.

Quaint well positioned cottage

location is fab just a stones throw from the platt. We came for our wedding and needed 3 nights before we moved to our other accomodation. it's location was just perfect. cottage is quaint quirky and well maintained

− there was no welcome book to tell us about the cottage. We had to work things out . there is no extractor fan in kitchen so fire alarm goes off if you make breakfast you need mind your head signs over kitchen door both sides handrail is needed on the stairs advert needs to say its unfit for the infirm TV is tiny we had to sit it forward to see it the 2 chairs are very uncomfortable, the cushions slide off and you slide off with it . it's not really for 4 adults . top floor room has no draw space for clothes and very little hanging space if you were there for a week. would suggest using wall in kitchen to add a shelf to house a microwave we had no hot water on arrival for kitchen or showers and we had our wedding next day. We found the 2 immersion had tripped so we fixed that

− No phone signal or internet connection Would have been useful to have a booklet about the cottage etc for visitors to look at at the most out of there stay

Location was fine just walking up the hill to the car park was the only trouble.

− Maybe a microwave for the place.
