− Mice at property which stole rubbish from bathroom bins Ant infested couch Impractical shower and no hot water Toilet didn’t flush Rubbish/ tissues left under vanity shelf in bathroom Power went out for over 12 hours and no response / resolution from owner before checkout Owners knew of rodent problem before renting out the property Not ideal in rainy weather as most of the property/ kitchen/ refrigerator is outdoors
