9.0Nice positioning for short trips to many attractions in M-SP. Very cozy neighborhood. Strong wifi, good reception throughout the flat. Nice kitchen for working in. Interesting art throughout. A good deal of space for 3 people. Everything was spotless. Host was good at communicating. Would definitely look to rent this place again if we needed to stay in M-SP area!!
− While the kitchen is nice, they need a sharp cooling knife, some plastic or teflon coated flipping and stirring tools, and desperately need a cutting board, we improvised but not everyone knows 'the tricks'. Could benefit from a few little fix-its (a knob on a light, a sticky toilet float), but nothing that we could not work around, and seemed small stuff relative to the many nice aspects.
