Great view. The house is located on a mountain in a picturesque location. The house is not hot even with the air conditioning turned off. A cool breeze blows from the sea. We got a secluded area for our family. The house has everything you need for relaxation.

− The house is located far from the beaches and the center of Sperlonga. Drive along the serpentine for about 12-15 minutes.(8 kilometres). You need to understand that you definitely need a car. You need to get to the beach and the city by car. This suited us quite well. Since in return we got a rest in nature away from the bustle of the city
