4.0Os quartos são bons. O café da manhã é até que bom
− O atendimento dos funcionários é horrível, bem ruim mesmo. O hotel coloca na propaganda as fotos de umas quadras esportivas. Mas chegando lá, você não pode utilizar, porque não fazem parte do hotel, mas de um clube separado que cobra mensalidade.

Quartos grandes e bom café da manhã
7.0A localização é excelente, bem próximo à saída para a via anchieta e principais pontos da cidade (de carro). O hotel tem suítes grandes, e o café da manhã é bem completo e bom, com pães, ovos, bolos, iogurte, salada de frutas etc.
− Apesar dos quartos serem grandes, a configuração NÃO acomoda 4 pessoas, o q é necessário para uma família com 2 crianças. Um ajuste na configuração dos quartos resolveria essa questão. Achei as roupas de cama muito desgastadas, e com cheiro de sujas, principalmente travesseiros e cobertores (muito surrados). Os lençóis estavam ok. Quartos muito frios.
