− Belysningen - mangler sengelamper og lampe over bord Mangler film på det nederste af vinduer mod gaden Masser af mails om tilkøb og "bøder", hvis man ikke efterlever regler - man føler sig ikke særlig velkommen.
Disappointing
2.0The place is in a good location in Aalborg and easily accessible on the ground floor. You can reach the staff easily by phone.
− This is a horrible place that is not worth the money: Someone had cleaned the floor and made the bed, but the apartment is in dire need of renovation in general, it is one of those places you do not really want to touch anything. Like, handles of the doors in the apartment are falling off. There is a completely clogged shower drain, taking a short shower floods the entire bathroom. Walls in the bathroom are completely dirty and disgusting. When we arrived late in the evening, the code didnt work to get in - luckily we quickly reached a kind lady through the number in their app, which was able to tell us the correct key (thank you). But there was no baby crib in the apartment even though we ordered it via booking.com (this is apparently NOT enough, you need to book it additionally through their system and pay 200 DKK extra). Also, extra towels and bed sheets are locked away and you need to pay extra for them. It seems like a joke considering the price that you already pay for this apartment in the first place. All in all a quite disappointing experience.
