Great space and location, but misleading ad

The location is very pleasant, spacious and a good spot for a retreat. The house is very well equipped, and the rooms were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and appliances.
− Property details are misleading - the property shares the pool with another house (also posted in booking.com, but there is no indication on both ads that the villa is shared). Pool is not private as indicated, unless you are lucky that both properties aren't booked at the same time. At check-in time, we were looking forward to still enjoying the last hours of the day by the pool, but were surprised to find other guests in the garden, that also kept observing us for quite some time while unpacking. Luckily, the next day they left and we were able to enjoy the "private pool" ourselves. Still very disheartening to arrive and see this. Felt tricked by the posting and owner, since the only reason we booked this location was for the private setting. Everything worked out in the end, so overall pleased with the experience.
