7.0Die Möblierung des Apartments ist so, wie die Bilder sie zeigen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (grosser Kühlschrank, ein zusätzliches Eisfach außerhalb des Kühlschranks, Gasherd mit vier Flammen). Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es auch einen Sonnenschirm, der auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist. Das Bett ist bequem und der Kleiderschrank gross. Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig, man muss aber morgens früh ab 6/7 Uhr mit Strassengeräuschen rechnen. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist Vor- und Nachteil gleichzeitig (s.u.)
− Leider war die Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht gründlich, sonden nur oberflächlich geputzt. Der Parkettboden hebt sich in der Schlafzimmertür, die Küchenstühle sind ebenso wie die Stühle auf der Dachterrasse sehr unbequem. Letztere sind auch noch rostig. Die Wohnung, insbesondere der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr dunkel, was allerdings in der Hitze des Hochsommer vorteilhaft ist. Leider funktioniert die Dunstabzugshaube und eine Gasflamme am Herd nicht und wurden auch nicht innerhalb von zwei Wochen repariert. Bei der Buchung muss man sich über zwei Dinge im Klaren sein: 1. Das Apartment ist in der dritten Etage und 2. das Haus liegt in der ZTL von Mantua, d.h. man kann nur mit einer Ausnahmegenehmigung straffrei mit dem Auto das Haus erreichen. Leider helfen die Vermieter nicht dabei eine Genehmigung zu erhalten. Besonders negativ war die Tatsache, dass es für die zweite Urlaubswoche keine frische Bettwäsche und keine frischen Handtücher gab. Ausserdem fehlt eine Mappe mit Bedienungsanleitungen und Informationen z.B. zur Müllentsorgung. Bei mir ist der Eindruck entstanden, dass die Vermieter nicht auf Mieter eingestellt sind, die kein Italienisch sprechen bzw. sich mit italienischen Gepflogenheiten nicht auskennen.

10.0Eine schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Sie ist im 3ten Stock ohne Aufzug. Tolle ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

− Maintenance needed. Light not functioning on terrace which prevented dining there. Only 2 out of 4 gas jets working. 1 out of 2 light above bathroom not functioning. Only half a roll of toilet paper provided and the dregs of washing up liquid. DisPpointingly impersonal communication with host Perfect position, lovely apartment
Piękne, stare miasteczko i masą zabytków.
9.0Położony w ścisłym centrum. Dźwiękoszczelne drzwi i okna. Prywatny taras na dachu. Ciekawy, ciepły wystrój. Wydajna klimatyzacja.
− Zastaliśmy brudną podłogę a pod łóżko lepiej nie zaglądać. Wąska i wysoka klatka schodowa - ciężko nosi się walizki. Parking dość daleko.
