5.0L'emplacement est top, à deux pas d'un supermarché, il y a une boulangerie à pied..ect et à 20 min de Miami Beach..ect quartier très tranquille. Avoir la machine à laver et le sèche linge très pratique. Le propriétaire a été réactif lorsque nous l'avons contacté.
− Malheureusement déçue par la maison, quasiment pas d'équipement de cuisine, peu de vaisselle donc compliqué à 6, et pas en bon état, pas de sel, poivre, huile, barbecue inutilisable ainsi que la terrasse beaucoup trop sales, matelas tachés par des taches d'urine, chaises cassées du salon, état de propreté de la maison qui mériterait un bon gros de nettoyage. Le salon est une pièce sans vue sur l'extérieur. Pas de petit livret d'accueil notamment pour expliquer qu'il y a un lit gigogne à déplier..Ect Dommage car cela pourrait être vraiment amélioré facilement.

− Lack of many things in the kitchen , lack of a good mattress for both beds . The kitchen lacks several small things : the amount of 3 water cups Only 3 small coffee cups without dishes and spoons The hot shower works only in one bathroom

− Aluguei esta casa para passar o fim de semana com minha família, pois tínhamos um evento na região. Ao chegarmos por volta das 23h, encontramos um carro estacionado bem em frente à casa, o que nos deixou inseguros e receosos de que pudesse haver alguém dentro do imóvel. Entramos em contato com o anfitrião e fomos informados de que o veículo estava autorizado a estacionar ali. Acredito que esse tipo de informação deveria ser avisada com antecedência, para evitar desconforto e preocupação. Além disso, a casa apresentava cheiro forte de mofo, e o chuveiro do banheiro social não esquentou a água. Por esse motivo, todos tivemos que tomar banho apenas no chuveiro da suíte.
