10.0The house was great, and the views were beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough, and there was plenty of hang-out space, where we could all hang out together or have the kids in one space and the grown-ups in a different space. The only negative is the parking situation... parking is not right next to the house, but by a neighboring house on the property, in a shared driveway. Parking is limited to 3 cars for this property. The guests in the other house on the property parked WAY more than 3 cars, used our assigned parking spots, and blocked our 3 cars in overnight. (Avantstay concierges were very responsive and did attempt to resolve the situation several times, but the other guests just didn't care.)
