9.0Gostei do acolhimento, dá paz, local bem sossegado, me senti seguro, mesmo chegando a noite. A senhorinha Milena dá liberdade pra você usar o apartamento. É arejado, bons armários. Agradeço por ter iniciativa passado palavras de conforto e orado comigo pela pela saúde do meu filho encontrar se interna no King's College Hospital. Eu grato o sra Milena.

9.0Great communication, great location, great price and perfect for what we needed. We needed a layover place to tide us over until we could get more transport on a Sunday morning. Really convenient. Very friendly, kind and helpful also.
− The only minor thing is that we had to leave the door unlocked upstairs when we left (appreciate no-one could get in from downstairs without a fob) but I felt really guilty when we left at 5am thinking oh gosh I have left someone's house wide open.
