8.0-die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral (15 min nach Garmisch,10 min an den Walchensee) - gemütlich eingerichtet - schöne Terrasse - gute Ausstattung
− - die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse jedoch im Sommer scheint die ganze Zeit die Sonne dorthin unser Vorschlag : einen Sonnenschirm wäre sehr hilfreich !! - beim TV gehen Sender wie RTL,SAT 1 usw nicht da zeigt es immer „schwaches oder kein Signal an“ - den Duschkopf vielleicht 10 cm weiter nach vorne anbringen sodass man ganz drunter stehen kann

9.0Check in und Check out mit Schlüsselcode ohne Probleme. Bei Fragen konnte man Katharina jederzeit erreichen oder ihr schreiben. Die Unterkunft war schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht ganz sauber und die Duschbrause sollte einmal erneuert oder entkalkt werden. Sonst war für uns alles tip top.

− The host did not reply to my questions on bookng.com. Redundant checkin without explanation leading confutions. Cleaning force was not in place on time, leading delayed check in. The cleaness was also not satisfactory.

9.0- gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet - bequeme Betten, bequemes Sofa - saubere Zimmer - zusätzliche Decken, Kissen - Grundausstattung, Grundlebensmittel (Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee etc.) vorhanden - gute Kaffeemaschine - super Lage, fußläufig zum Barmseelift - kleiner schöner Garten mit Terrasse - freundliche und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin - Möglichkeit für zweiten Parkplatz
− - zweites Schlafzimmer lediglich über Treppe mit Wohnzimmer verbunden (mit Kindern nicht perfekt geeignet, aber möglich) - Waschmaschine hat leider nicht richtig geschleudert - Waschmaschine war nicht sauber

− Single toilet/ bathroom for 7 people is demanding.
