We were there to visit Bethel and attend a convention. It was close to all and central for all else

location was spectacular. 5mins walk from the train and in the middle of a dining district of so much variety from all over the world and so close to shopping for groceries.
− couldn't get drier mode to work on the washing machine which would have been handy.

Location was good for public transport.
− At night it was very noisy. Delinquents hanging around outside, hoons speeding around the area at night. We couldn't sleep. On 2 occasions we phoned the police but they didn't bother to turn up. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this accommodation.
