Overall we didint feel we got the value you could expect for the money we paid.
2.0The location of the appartment is located in a very nice residential area.
− Upon arrival we asked for a second fan for the second bedroom. It was very hot, as the appartment is also under the roof. In one bedroom we did not receive internet. We informed the host about that. However the next day, we still had not answer for the internet and no 2nd fan. The water tap in the bathroom was dripping constantly, the door of the fridge did not close properly, therefore there was not cooling effect of the fridge. As we didnt feel that we got value for the money we paid, we told the owner we would not stay for the second night, for above mentioned reasons and therefore kindly would like the second night cancelled and reimbursed. The owner was not open for our feedback and arguing with us, making us understand that we are wrong and they are right and they didn't wave the second night.
