The location was central , very clean and modern

− Could have a welcome pack to show how the heating and shower works , could do with a light out side the door had to use phone torches to unlock door

Good location and on street parking outside. Easy access. Spacious accommodation which was very clean and tidy.

− Bearing in mind we are in the middle of winter, there had been no heating on when we arrived and the place was absolutely freezing. It took 3-4 hours to get the place feeling relatively comfortable. The floors were wet when we arrived and I'm guessing if the heat had have been on for a little while before arrival this would not have been the case. The bed is quite small and the bedding has seen better days. There is a lack of shelving in the bathroom and shower areas. There was no Information Guidance booklet which could assist in answering questions instead of having to work out everything via trial and error. For me this is a "must have" and in other places we have stayed there has always been a book or a folder to help guests out.

Excellent location, lovely decoration and easy to find. Very close to transport links and very well laid out, considering the age of the building and it's original set up. Would definitely stay here again.

− Parking was a little bit of an issue, but that comes with the territory for the area. Little bit of a squeeze to get to the toilet, but again that's to be expected with the layout of such an old building.

− There were no towels, contacted owner, he contacted the cleaner, they came over 24hrs later, we had to shower at a family members home, owner did not care, cleaner did not care.
