3.0敷地内雑そう処理がなされておらず、宿泊施設とは思えなかった。 玄関に靴の置き場が無く、部屋へ持ち込んだ。 エアコンの臭いと不潔さが見られた。また、リモコンが不調で管理者に問い合わせ裏ワザを使わないと液晶が表示されないことをしらされた。更にその説明が横柄であった。不愉快でした。リモコンは新しいものに交換してもらいたい。 バスタオルは２枚用意されていたが、古さを感じた。１枚は黄ばんでいた。 畳はかすれており、何種類かのカーペットで中途半端にカムフラージュされていた。 宿泊代は格安だがコスパとは言えない。 まだありますが、書ききれません。
− リフォームすべきところはして、管理者は接遇を学習した方がよい。

− Misleading title its very far to narita and airport and even farther if you coming from tokyo dont fooled very bad customer service very greedy not giving consideration
