− Não possui internet tv só funciona canal aberto não possui ar-condicionado único ventilador e no quarto de casal geladeira não estava funcionando tive que me deslocar até outro endereço bem distante para pegar entregar as chaves.

− Os colchões e travesseiros sao encapados com uma capa de plástico totalmente desconfortável. O apartamento é bom para adultos, mas para crianças e idosos se torna muito perigoso por ter uma escada íngreme no meio do apartamento.
