Casa rustica ben ristrutturata, con un panorama eccezionale sulla bellissima città di Fermo. Ha una vista stupenda sulle colline del territorio fermano e sulla catena dei Sibillini. Posizione strategica per poter raggiungere in pochissimi minuti ottimi agriturismo con prodotti tipici e antichi borghi della provincia. La dimora è silenziosa, riservata e dotata di tutti i comfort: anche una rilassante vasca idromassaggio. Stanze, ambienti e bagni molto puliti e accessoriati. Ottimo ambiente bar per caffè, aperitivi o digestivi. Circondata di orti e giardini ben curati e piacevolissima per qualsiasi occasione: compleanni, pranzi e cene. La Casa Cinguettio è comoda per weekend brevi o lunghi ed è perfetta per una vacanza alla scoperta delle Marche, al mare, sui colli, nei borghi storici e in montagna. La famiglia proprietaria vi darà il benvenuto facendovi sentire veramente a casa vostra. Disponibilissimi e cordiali. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri!
