Ótimo custo/beneficio. A casa é ótima e super confortável.

A casa é maravilhosa. Muito ampla e espaçosa. Tem mercados e o shopping fica bem perto.

− A localização é ruim. Não tivemos dificuldade de sair e chegar, mas não é um local próximo ao centro. Parece um bairro que está sendo reconstruído. Com a melhoria da infraestrutura do bairro ficará bem melhor.
