Good value for money but some improvement needed.
7.0It was available and the price was good. Staff were lovely. Beautiful old building, in need of some TLC, but still lovely.
− Important things: Toilet lid didn’t stay open, extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Would be nice things: Mirror wasn’t over the kneehole of the dressing table but to the side over the drawer section. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom as every surface on the sink sloped.

Like staying in a piece of history!
9.0Historic hotel, lots of interesting things to see inside. It is a shame the hotel is not being used to it's full potential. Room was very large, although perhaps not laid out ideally. Fan was provided. It was very warm.
− Bathroom very much function over form. And a bit rough. Wifi not great. TV would not connect to internet, so no using the integrated streaming services. And many terrestrial channels did not work.
