Great location

− Spanish music woke us up daily at 7 in the morning and you could hear the construction from units in the building

The best thing about this property is the location. It’s in the lower east side and close to so many thing. Subway is also close. Bodega next door.

− The bathroom is tiny, which isn’t necessarily uncommon for a NY apartment, but should be noted that the bathroom sink is minuscule. There was a trick to the hot water that would’ve been nice to know about before having to fiddle with it for 10 minutes. The toilet paper was like tissue paper. It wouldn’t hurt to buy some Charmin. As another reviewer stated, the pillows are flat like pancakes—it’s an easy fix to make if the owners want to. When we arrived, the floor was covered in dust, but the apartment was otherwise clean. Lastly, we asked multiple times about checking in early and were told to check back the day before check in. The day before check in we were told we were unable to check in early because a long term guest was checking out. It seemed like that information would’ve been known already and they could’ve just told us that. When it was finally time to check in, the meeting representative wasn’t ready to meet us even though he knew we trying to get in there asap. Additionally, based on how dusty the floor was, it didn’t seem like anyone had been in the place. Otherwise, the apartment is spacious and in an excellent location as the LES doesn’t have a lot of hotels.

Really the photos are retouched. The apartment is on the ground floor, there are buildings around it, therefore the windows overlook a skylight that has no light at all. You don't know if it's day or night and if you open the windows there is a smell of garbage. The apartment next door was in construction frlm 8.30am to 5.00pm. Forget to be there and relax. The toilet is in front of a small kitchen. The only thing I liked was the location.

− Asíde All the above, the locks worked very poorly. Was only to sleep and ovoid staying there, not nice. When I arrive the person told me not to say we were from booking or Airbnb or such. Just the friend of the owner (had to memorized the name!). All the terrible experience finish With people calling to offer a refund in future stay ir the review was good! Too much. Go to a hotel a pretty good One for that money.

Location was good. It is close to restaurants, market and subway. The beds were comfortable. The appliances worked well.

− Definitely not upscale oasis. The smell of pot coming from an unknown connecting room with a door that lead into the bedroom (locked on our side , but still), lack of space for 4 people's things/suitcases, the ridiculous bathroom sink fixture that you couldn't wash your face or brush your teeth and spit without almost concussing yourself

The location is good, near restaurants and stores. The subway is nearly We did appreciated the boy who did the check-in. Even though he was a bit cold, he provided us with quick and firm answers in a sensitive situation. So a BIG thank you for him.

− This is a big joke, especially for the price we paid. The photos show a nice new clean apartment, and it is the opposite. Old. Except for the beds and supplies. There is no ventilation system so we had the fire alarm for just a steck. And that includes the bathroom. So... The smell from the washroom you have it on your plate, cause the toilet door opens on the kitchen table. There is a review with photos and I do regret not taking it seriously. Cause it is even worse. I have big doubts that the 5 stars reviews come from real customers.
