9.0Die Lage war top. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren um die Ecke. Der Wochenmarkt am Samstag war super. Den langen Sandstrand hat man in drei Minuten erreicht.

6.0Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr gut
− Auf Grund von Verspätungen der Deutschen Bahn waren wir erst 16.00 in Warnemünde; das Vermieterbüro von Wir Warnemünder schließt jedoch um 16.00. Nur da ich vorsichtshalber dort angerufen habe, wurde der Schlüssel in einem Schließfach am Büroeingang hinterlegt, wofür ich jedoch 15 € extra zahlen musste, was ich noch nie anderswo erlebt habe

4.0Die Lage ist top, die Straße wirklich perfekt für Warnemünde. Das Parken ist an der Mole möglich und abends ist es ruhig.
− Die Wohnung stinkt unglaublich doll nach Zigarettenqualm. Selbst 7 Tage mit Kerze und Raumspray halfen nichts, auch wenn das Personal sehr nett war und versichert, dass es eine Nichtraucher Wohnung ist... Es war eklig. Küche und Toilette scheinen die Räume des Rauchens gewesen zu sein, gibt auch keine Rauchmelder in der Wohnung... Mit Kind war das nicht schön.
