Safe/clean neighbourhood, house could use more cleaning.

The upstairs bathroom is very modern, clean and beautiful. The neighbour hood is very friendly, convenient, and clean. The dining room was big and the living room had a nice big tv with Netflix. Check in was easy once I figured out how to use the lock. Inside the fridge and microwave were very clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The water was nice and hot, and all soaps in kitchen/bathroom were good quality. Everything was labelled to make it easy to find which was helpful.

− The dishrack and dishes and the cupboard were dirty upon arrival. The outside gardens had litter in them, the grass was burnt and unkept. The downstairs bathroom was so small that even my children’s knees touched the wall when sitting on the toilet. The master bedroom dresser and bedside tables were dirty and the walls needed paint. The upstairs tv remote was missing and we had to use an app.

Good stay for a weekend snowboard trip!

The weekend we were to come there was a huge snowstorm and thankfully they had already cleared the snow so that only the current days snow was present. They also left shovels which was very helpful given the amount of snow that fell over the weekend. The house was nice, not huge but enough for us and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. The kitchen had everything and the 2nd flr washroom was nice. The house slippers were good given the cold, although probably wouldn't fit anyone 6ft or taller. The keyless entry was convenient so you never forgot the keys on the way out.

− Like I said pretty good stay, we went during winter and a cold weekend at that. The heat worked great but mainly on the first floor. So the bedrooms(2nd flr) could be a little chilly at night. Additionally, there are no carpets so the floors can feel chilly in the winter. Easily solved by wearing house slippers but just a note. The toilet worked but sometimes the tank wouldn't fill up. Just had to open the top and jiggle a bit to get the water going again.

The house was easy to find in a quiet neighbourhood of Barrie, very comfortable and very clean. It was stocked with all the necessities and more. Communication with the owners was easy prior to our stay. They have thought of almost everything… Although we only stayed one night and didn’t use the kitchen, it is well stocked with pots, pans, appliances and utensils with a big kitchen table for meals or games. The bathrooms are clean, well lit and with soap, shampoo and nice towels. There is even a sitting area outside and a list of suggestions for things to do.

− Although there are 3 roomy and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 people, the living room is a bit small and would be tight for 5 together but this is not a criticism of the owners as they have provided options with a tv in the bedroom and a large kitchen table.
