9.0We enjoyed watching planes at the seaplane base and took a great sightseeing flight with Jessica. The location is convenient and we enjoyed having a kitchen and washer and dryer.

10.0Right by the water, great view, scenery with lounging areas and restaurant. Gym, auto shop, brewery and a few stores near/walking distance. This place offers float plane tours, bedroom is dark at night so you can sleep))
− 8am float plane wake up calls. Lol talk about crap💩 your pants if your not ready for it.))

10.0Location is great! Near Homer brewery,gym and several stores. Also has restaurant with great food and seaplane flight tours. Hard to beat this and the prices. Lot of natural lighting here too.
− Leaving the windows open and forgetting about the the morning seaplane flights. Lol scared the crap out of us the first morning.

9.0super clean, cute and quiet - even with planes. love the firepit and they provide everything you need.
− I didn't realize we had to clean (a bit) wash dishes and take out trash, but it was not that big of a deal. The Tickled Pear restaurant is convenient but didn't have many options.
