4.0* The staff responded to our requests regarding the apartment. * They kindly provided us with a complimentary cleaning service, which we really appreciated
− * As we stayed in July, the lack of an elevator made our stay more difficult. Carrying large suitcases up the narrow stairs was especially exhausting. * Whenever we opened the windows, the apartment became dusty again very quickly. * The sofa was not very clean. * The apartment felt poorly ventilated and somewhat cramped, making it less comfortable to spend time indoors.

8.0Great locafion with proximity to Paddington station
− We didnt know that we had to down narrow stairs to a lower level which was difficult with heavy luggage
We had a very comfortable stay in this well appointed apartment, which is perfectly situated.
9.0The apartment is in a great location, close to Paddington and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and with nice pubs, restaurants and coffee houses just round the corner. The apartment itself has good facilities and is clean and comfortable.
− The tv reception is poor, which wouldn't normally be a problem for me, but the World Cup was on!
Great value and easy, convenient location.

− Since no plugs in bathrooms would be nice to have a mirror in bedroom for drying and styling hair.
