Lovely apartment great views

− Having to pay £10 a day for parking at the apartment, needs a new mattress or topper for the main bedroom, We couldn’t find the apartment at first you need to get of the lift then go up some stairs
Great location and beautiful apartment but needed more hospitality efforts.
6.0The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffees. The view from my living room and master bedroom were fabulous, whether it was rainy days or sunny days the view were stunning. Either the sound proof was great or there is no one in that building, we didn't hear any noise.
− A lot of the surfaces were very dusty, like tables, shelves inside master bedroom toilet, all the side tables in the rooms were very dusty. The pots and pans were very worn-out, they are very cheap cookware. Plus most of them were with deep scratches. I usually like to buy local ingredients every time I travel to a foreign country, unfortunately I could not do so due to the poor cookware. There were no oil nor kitchen towel, no detergent for dishes washer and washing machine. All the beds were very soft, especially the two small rooms; and the pillows were very dead.

10.0Beautifully furnished. Had everything you could need. Fabulous location with best views over Plymouth hoe and sound. Short walk down to Barbican.
− Mattress on bed in main bedroom with ensuite was a bit hard. Maybe mattress topper would help. Parking was convenient at the front of the building however £20 for 2 days was a bit expensive when you cant check in until 3 pm but need to move your car at 1030 check out time. Cheaper parking is available at the Grand parade close by at £8 per 24 hours.
