8.0Alles was prima in orde.
− Wij zaten op de derde verdieping. De trappen waren soms wel een struikelblok. Jammer dat er geen lift is.
Viel Platz in einem kleinen Hotel
8.0Im Sommer 2026 haben wir wieder eine dreiwöchige Radtour (mit Pedelecs auf Teilabschnitten vom Eurovelo 3 und Eurovelo 4) in Frankreich unternommen und dabei 16 unterschiedliche Unterkünfte erlebt. Und wie jedes Jahr schreiben wir nur Bewertungen für die Unterkünfte, die wir am besten oder besonders fanden. Und dazu gehört „Zen an Zee“: Es ist das kleinste Hotel, das wir je hatten: Es gibt nur drei Zimmer. Diese erstrecken sich jeweils über eine Etage. Dadurch sind sowohl Zimmer als auch Badzimmer sehr geräumig. Allerdings ist die Treppe sehr steil. Das Hotel liegt in der Stadtmitte, ist nachts aber ruhig. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut. Fahrräder darf man im Hotelflur abstellen. Ob oder wie man dort Akkus aufladen kann, haben wir nicht erfragt, weil Oostende unsere letzte Etappe war und wir von dort mit dem Zug nach hause gefahren sind.

zeer basic b&b met ruime kamers die wel een opfrisbeurt nodig hebben
7.0ruime kamer en badkamer vriendelijke ontvangst goede ligging, zowel dicht bij winkels als het strand
− zeer basic ontbijt, kwamen niet vragen of je genoeg broodjes had gekregen de kamer was niet grondig gepoetst en heeft zeker een opfrisbeurt nodig
