It certainly is not value for money
3.0Definitely did not stay at an Oasis. A small area off the garage with pot plants some half dead. No care or attention to property. Old towels and bed linen. A lot of old pamphlets about transport. All useless. Saw hostess mowing lawn on arrival. She didn’t stick around to show us property or useful information about transport. Never checked in to see if we were ok.

A hidden gem, small but superbly equipped - and RIGHT by a superb beach
10.0The Oasis is a real gem and the second part of the title 'by the beach' could not be truer. It was no more than a five minute stroll in flip flops before you were on the sand of a beautiful beach. The kitchen was well sorted and equipped, there was little we needed that wasn't there in place already. Special mention has to be made of the hosts Jackie and Werner who were a delight - invisible except when you needed them most (an important factor when you're very heavily jet lagged on arrival). The Oasis is small but hidden away and - simply perfect. A leisurely 20 minute barefoot stroll along the beach into Glenelg ( 5 mins less if you want to walk along the pavement), easy access to the public transport system - a return visit will be a must

9.0The suite was well thought out with lots of storage and everything we needed. Clean, bright, and plenty of privacy.
