Die Aussicht war traumhaft. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche geräumig genauso wie der Außenbereich.

− Die Toiletten haben manchmal nicht gespült. Das Personal kann nur spanisch. Wir hatten für ein paar Stunden kein Wasser. Es gab keine normale Messer. Es wurde ein Zimmer mit drei einzelbetten beschrieben, jedoch gab es nur ein Bett aus dem man zwei Matrazen raus ziehen konnte

Top notch villa , 200yards from glorious beech

Location fantastic, right on the beach , , as we had someone in our party that struggled to walk far , we hired a car , if your good on your feet there is restaurants to walk to , bus stops very close & a little train which rides round the roads of gran alacant leading to more bars & restaurants. The villa was out of this world, you’ll struggle to find a better villa anywhere

− Only disappointment there was only 2 sun lounges & we were a party of 8

− We stayed here the first people to book it with them, we were told on arrival on the 14th of June.We are so disappointed with this as the accommodation was perfect but we are still waiting for our 2000 euro security deposit.It was supposed to be returned to us 7 days after we checked out.First they sent us a receipt saying they paid it back and their bank was delaying it, then they blamed our bank now they are saying there are breakages and have to calculate the costs which is a total lie.We are so clean and tidy, when we were leaving we were cleaning the place so the cleaner wouldn't have as much work to do.We also asked on arrival about cleaning products and was told it's your birthday relax and enjoy.We are so upset about this as we have booked villas before and never had this problem and are wondering are there other people in the same situation as us waiting for there deposit. Update!!! 30/07/2024 Our security deposit has finally been returned
