− En general estaba todo un poco machacado del uso.

1.0− Mal entretenue, sale, et attention énormément d’avis sur tripadvisor qui annoncent le cauchemar ! Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pensé à vérifié cela avant la réservation sur booking c’est seulement après avoir eu la visite d’un cafard dans notre salle de bain et n’ayant pas de réponse de l’agence de l’appartement que nous avons commencé à investiguer. Et quel peur une fois la lecture de ceux ci, dont notamment des stratagèmes de leur part pour arnaquer les 400€ de caution avec des prétextes mensongers. D’ailleurs un exemple les détecteur d’incendies sont absents dans certaines pièces et sont après l’excuse pour ne pas rendre la caution ! Honteux ! Nous avons vérifier et en effet il en manquait aussi dans notre appartement ! Heureusement que j’ai tout pris en vidéo et photo lors de notre arrivé dans les lieux en preuve ! 2 nuits dans le cadre d’un séjour de détente entres mamans pour décompresser qui s’est vu gâcher par ce logement de malheur entre la peur du manque d’hygiène et la peur de ne pas récupérer notre caution ! Je ne sais mettre que 4 photos mais dites vous que j’en ai énormément en preuve à l’appui.

Séjour écourté à cause de graves dysfonctionnements, absence totale de réponse du propriétaire et caution non restituée.
2.0L’emplacement est relativement pratique.
− Dès notre arrivée, de nombreux dysfonctionnements ont rendu le logement impropre au séjour. L’accès à l’appartement a pris près de deux heures. La sonnette était défectueuse et se déclenchait en continu avec un bruit extrêmement fort, y compris en pleine nuit, rendant le sommeil impossible. Le boîtier sonore a uniquement été déplacé afin de pouvoir dormir, car il sonnait sans interruption. L’électricité ne fonctionnait pas correctement et l’état général du logement ne correspondait pas à la description. Ces problèmes ont été signalés immédiatement. En raison de ces conditions, nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans l’appartement et avons été contraints de quitter le logement dès le lendemain. Malgré plusieurs messages envoyés au propriétaire pour tenter de résoudre la situation et clarifier la restitution de la caution, aucune réponse ne nous a été apportée à ce jour. La caution a été conservée sans explication, malgré un départ anticipé exclusivement dû à l’état du logement.
