9.0Apartament godny polecenia. Dobrze położny, wszedzie blisko ,do promenady , dworca i centrum. Okolica cicha i spokojna. W pobliżu supermarket. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem ,który umożliwił szybsze zameldowanie. Wrócimy tu.

− It's -1 so a bit dark unless you open the balcony up. Also renovations opposite started at 8am every morning and were loud.
Appartement OK si le bruit, le manque de lumière et la chaleur en été ne vous dérangent pas
4.0Bien équipé au niveau électro-ménager, nombreux rangements et prises de courant. Wi-Fi performant. Propreté (même si un matelas des enfants était odorant et qu’un lit avait une tache de sang). Pas de parking mais il a toujours été possible de trouver une place dans un rayon de 400m. Espace pouvant convenir à maximum un couple et deux enfants de moins de 12 ans. Procédure d’arrivée assez facile.
− Situé au -1 (sous le niveau de la rue) et pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Sombre et très bruyant (bruit de métal comme un son de cloche à chaque fois que quelqu’un passait sur les soupiraux situés sur le trottoir). Des blocs de verre dans le haut du mur de séparation des chambres laissent passer l’éclairage de chaque chambre dans l’autre, ce qui s’est avéré très gênant. Terriblement chaud, même en ventilant la nuit et en fermant en journée. Pas de volets extérieurs. Manque de certains accessoires de cuisine essentiels.

6.0Rapport qualité prix correct. Localisation correcte
− Contrairement à l'annonce: pas de balcon, pas de parking. Personne n'est venu nous accueillir, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec nos 2 enfants devant l'immeuble jusqu'à a ce que un résident arrive et soit d'accord de nous laisser entrer. Nous avons tenté de rentrer en contact avec le ou la propriétaire, elle nous a répondu après le check out (soit 4J après). La douche est vétuste. Manque d'une brochure avec des explications sur les choses a faires aux alentours (puisque nous n'avons vu personne avec qui échanger).
