Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub; allerdings im Nachinein getrübt von der ausbleibenden Rückerstattung der Kaution!

− Kein W-Lan Schwieriger Kontakt bei Problemen und Fragen Security Deposit von 150 EUR wurde nach 6 Wochen noch nicht zurück erstattet!

2.0Posizione struttura e località.
− Esperienza negativa, struttura e gestione non soddisfacente. Il nostro soggiorno presso Gynny’s House è stato estremamente deludente. All’arrivo non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna accoglienza: le chiavi non erano disponibili e l’host non rispondeva al numero di telefono indicato su Booking. Solo dopo aver contattato direttamente l’assistenza clienti siamo riusciti ad accedere alla struttura. La gestione del deposito cauzionale è stata estremamente problematica: è stato restituito soltanto dopo 1 mese e numerose sollecitazioni, sia telefoniche che tramite email inviata a Booking (altrettanto deludente nella gestione di questa problematica). Anche la casa presenta diverse criticità: al secondo piano il soffitto è molto basso e una persona di statura medio-alta urta sicuramente la testa. Il bagno è privo di finestra e, in assenza di aria condizionata, durante i periodi caldi l’ambiente diventa poco confortevole. Nel complesso, esperienza non soddisfacente e struttura non consigliata.
