− I didn’t like the check-in process. The host insisted that we check in before our arrival, as they were only available until 18:00, so we had to arrange for someone else to check in on our behalf. However, the property’s listed check-in times are from 14:00 to 19:00, which made this quite inconvenient. They also weren’t apologetic or remorseful about not being available for the full check-in window.
