And for all the great restaurant tips - every one of them was excellent. :) A wonderful, clean villa with plenty of space for 10 people. Great, quiet location with a beautiful view of Peccioli. A lovely property with a tantastic private pool. We will definitely be back and will be very happy to stay here again! :))

10.0The owners were exceptionally accommodating and very responsive to any questions or needs. It's a beautiful property and they have thoughtfully updated for a vacation stay with a large family.
− Honestly, there is very little to be critical of. We did have an EV and were unable to charge at the property, but that was all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.
10.0Beautiful property. Lots of entertainment areas and a good sized kitchen that was well equipped. Perfect if you are looking to host a large group of people.
− We suggest hiring a car for your stay. However, the walk to the town is about 40 minutes and is very stunning.
