L'appartamento è accogliente, ben arredato e pulito. La posizione è strategica e molto caratteristica. Il bagno pulito e ben rifinito, si trova davanti all'appartamento ma non è una cosa che infastidisce perché è comunque ad uso esclusivo di quell'appartamento

− Metterei più stoviglie, ci sono pentole grandi, ma non ci sono quelle piccole (pentolini)
