− De entrarmos às 13:00, ficarmos sem lençol e num quarto que a luz não estava funcionando.

− El pesonal muy iresponsable cuando llegamos estaba la puerta cerrada no habia nadie para abrirnos suerte de unos clientes, no nos dieron codigo de entrada nadaaa muy mal y no habia nadie en recepcion para la llave de la habitacion suerte tb de un cliente q la vio y nos la dio por la mañana se presento una chica tarde cuando ya nos ibamos y no pudimos desayunar ya q estaba incluido el desayuno pero nadie nos informo de donde era ni la hora asi q muy mal por ser navidad no te tienes q escaquear del trabajo. Simplemente no alquiles habitaciones. La habitacion las sabanas sucias, las paredes llenas de humedad. Fatal.
