9.0La struttura è ben posizionata anche se non vicina al mare tanto da andare a piedi, anche se fattibile, ovviamente è una scelta stare più interni. La struttura è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario e il gestore è disponibile per accontentare l'ospite. Promosso

9.0Rent och fräscht, stor och fin terass. Det fanns allt man behövde för en avkopplande semester. Sköna sängar, stort badrum, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Personalen mycket tillmötesgående. Superbra att ha med hund, vi hade tre små och terassen var mycket uppskattad. Det fanns ingen AC men en stor fläkt som gjorde jobbet lika bra. Superbra parkeringsmöjligheter utanför på gatan. Huset ligger i en backe vilket kan vara bra att veta om man tycker det är jobbigt att gå uppför, speciellt i värme. Annars var det smidigt att ta bilen ner till centrum, det tog ca 5min. Vi bor gärna här igen nästa gång.
Disponibilità eccezionale e appartamento molto accogliente.
10.0Proprietari molto disponibili così come il personale che si occupa della pulizia. Appartamento dotato di tutti, ma proprio tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, fornetto, bollitore...). Ma soprattutto mi ha colpito la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario.
− Tutto benissimo. Unica cosa è meglio munirsi di auto, il posto è vicino al centro di Alassio ma con un mezzo proprio è tutto molto più agevole. Noi addirittura da li siamo sempre andati in spiaggia a Laigueglia, in 2 minuti di auto si arriva, ci sono molte spiagge libere e i prezzi delle spiagge attrezzate sono molto inferiori.
