Great location but not kept up super well.

Excellent location. Beautiful floors

− Not super clean; garbage in back yard and front yard not cleaned up, dirty dishes in dishwasher, garbage from previous guest behind sofa not cleaned up. Other annoyances; squeaky door hinges, doors that stick, and a living room lamp that would not turn on because the outlet next to it didn’t have power. Upstairs was not cooled well by the HVAC system.
