9.0L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alle foto, si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le varie calette e non è molto distante da San Teodoro. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina di fronte l'appartamento o nel vialetto privato. L'arredo è moderno e recente.
− L'appartamento è abbastanza arieggiato ma c'è bisogno comunque di un condizionatore in casa perché, nonostante i ventilatori ( ne mettono a disposizione 3), il caldo si fa sentire
Bene, ma con un piccolo investimento possono migliorare.
7.0Posizione. Bravi perché hanno portato subito dei ventilatori, consiglio di installare almeno un condizionatore.
