6.0− Floor was really not clean, the heating is not very good in the apartment and during the night it frequently made knocking noises from which I woke up. Earplugs are advised, they help, but didn‘t manage to completely cancel it out.

− Las instrucciones para check in eran confusas y estaban incompletas. Sólo había una almohada por persona. Solicité que nos proveyeran una segunda almohada, y me contestaron q el equipamiento estándar era sólo una almohada.
