Staying here is a serious safety hazard

The location and self check-in were good. We were able to store our luggage prior to check-in. The staff is responsive.

− This place should be shut down due to safety hazard. There is black mould on the wall and funky smell from AC which was mentioned in the old comments so I assume it's just how this place operates. We got a refund after Booking intervention and more than one day of ping-pong and were able to check out early. Still, finding last minute place to stay for a family with kids is not something I need I was feeling really unwell when we were day and thought it's just fatigue but when we moved I instantly got better... Be careful The staff ignored the issue saying someone will enter the room, clean it and spray the mould with chemicals without us moving.

Bortsett från allt festande så var det ett bra läge och bra boende för en familj.

Centralt och allt man behövde fanns där. Gott om restauranger och inte långt från tunnelbanan.

− Det var Tokyos center för nomikai, festande efter jobbet. Så det var väldigt livligt, alla kvällar i veckan.

とても綺麗な施設でした！広々していて快適でした。 そしてとてもリーズナブルでありがたい。 フロアに一部屋なので周りの音なども気になりません。 (外の音は多少ありますがそこまでではありません) 必要なものは大体揃ってるので不便はないかと思います。 コンビニや飲食店も周りにたくさんありますので、駅も近いしとても便利です。 また泊まりたいと思いました。

− 良い施設だったので良くなかったと言うほどではないのですが、ちょっと気になったとこだけ。次に泊まる方の参考になれば。 ・鏡がトイレとシャワー室のみにあるので、髪を乾かしたりアイロンしたい時にちょっと不便だったので大きめの卓上の鏡があると便利だなーと。 ・備え付けのコップを利用しようとしたら　ちょっとザラつきがあったので洗ってから使いました。 ・連泊だったのですが、2日目の昼頃清掃の方が入ってきました。日本語が通じない方で　どうしようとなっていたら下から別の方が何か言って部屋を出て行かれたのですが、連泊の場合そう言うシステムなのかミスなのか。ちょっと嫌だったので、連携がしっかりしてもらえるとありがたいです。 ・周りのコンビニはトラベル用のメイク落としや洗顔、化粧水などがないので、必要な方は持参する方がいいかと思います。 (シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシはホテルにあります)
