Non posso assolutamente valutare la location in quanto a meno di 2 ore dal check-in mi viene inviato un messaggio in cui si diceva che per la " rottura di una tubazione riscontrata in mattinata" la.location non era disponibile e che sarei stato spostato in una location vicina a soli 10 minuti: menzogna, mi hanno spostato a quasi mezz'ora da quella iniziale in tutt'altra zona della città ( da Beckenam a South Norwood) e chiedendomi inizialmente anche un deposito cauzionale di 240 sterline! Non è corretto! Deluso!

Non è corretto! Inoltre la nuova location era immersa nei rifiuti come si vede dalle foto allegate. Solo per questo dovrei richiedere il rimborso del 50% della somma pagata in anticipo per una location mai vista! Pessimo servizio!

The spacious space

− No pictures were sent for ease of locating the lockbox, apartment was very hot on first night so had to leave the windows open and the noise and sirens prevented us from getting a good night rest after long travels. Bed was partly broken

please be aware just hours before we arrived they canceled our booking due to no heating or hot water in property change

One of the worts experience’s to date in my travelling career it’s a shame booking.com allow properties that are not inspected or meet health & safety guidelines to be available for bookings . They could not give me. Response on the above but noted my complaint

Moden and very bright and clean

− Starting to look tired needs a bit of refreshing. The dining table was broken and had been very badly temporarily supported, also the long blind in the living room was broken and a long pole was hanging down. A shame as other things were good standard and overall very clean and all you need in there for a short stay. Finally very difficult took over an hour to find the property and early clear instructions and photos would help please 🙏

I wish I could say I liked it but the issue with false advertisement, parking and communication has made me very disgruntled

− communication was terrible — no one answered my calls when I needed help, including issues with the key safe took an hour to get in due to delayed email responses. The apartment itself was not well maintained; the table was extremely broken and about to fall apart, which was unsafe and unacceptable. Overall, this stay cost me extra money and caused a lot of stress. Misleading advertising, lack of support, lies in email responses and poor condition of the property made this a very disappointing experience.

− Some house fixtures were not fitted or finished securely, loosely fitted and a wall was damaged by door handle, which should be repaired
