7.0Lovely and quiet, nice location, beds are really comfy, the restaurant on site is fab!
− Real lack of amenities ie, no hairdryer or hoover, there was dog hairs all over the carpet. Lack of kitchen equipment, only had 2 knifes so had to go ask for more.
Don’t waste £450 on a two night stay here!
1.0It was a beautifully designed van, unfortunately it was foisty and stunk of stale cigarettes
− The outside furniture could not be used as it was green with algae. Algae was up the sides of the van and on all of the decking the hot tub was for four people but unfortunately was more suited to 2. There was also still food in the freezer and the oven was dirty. when we spoke to Host and stay they advised us that there should be a deep clean three times a year and unfortunately this van had never had one The biggest problem we had was the stale stench of cigarettes throughout the van. We did complain to host and stay who rather rudely told us that the outside area was the business of the owner and nothing to do with them. I did advise that my agreement was with them, not the owner and that I felt they should’ve dealt with this. Lynn did attend the property and took the cushions away as they were so disgusting and did bring me some air fresheners. I still await hearing from them regarding compensation, but I don’t expect I will hear anything back.

The hot tub was perfect, everything was spotless. Neighbours were lovely and the site felt expensive and upper class.
