8.0Činžiakový byt s práčkou, umývačkou, sporákom atď. Mnoho zariadení pre dlhodobejší pobyt. Veľké a priestranné izby pre ľudí, ktorí potrebujú priestor. Klíma v teplých dňoch.
− Umelé zaťahovacie dvere na WC, dosť úzky vchod do sprchy (bráni tomu rozloženie kúpeľňového nábytku). Klíma len v jednej izbe. TV programy som nevedel spustiť.

9.0Μεγάλο διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο και στο σταθμό του τραίνου. Άνετα δωμάτια και κρεβάτια, καλή κουζίνα και a/c. Έχει και μπαλκονάκια που μπορείς να κάτσεις και πλυντήρια για τα ρούχα. Καλή επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη.
− Το μπάνιο είναι περίεργο, χωριστά δωμάτια για τη λεκάνη και το ντούζ. Καλό θα ήταν να είχε αλάτι, ζάχαρη στην κουζίνα και αφρόλουτρο στο μπάνιο.
