9.0Mycket bra frukost, spektakulärt läge, trevligt och serviceinriktat.
Prima verblijf op rustige locatie in het overdrukke Taormina, op loopafstand van centrum !
9.0Hoewel het een bewuste keuze was om niet écht midden in het historische centrum (of juist heel ver ervanaf) een overnachting te boeken, was de aanrijdroute naar deze B&B wel iets van een uitdaging.....Taormina is namelijk waanzinnig druk en smal, en Google Maps maakt overuren om je tijdens het rijden de goede kant op te sturen.... :) Dat lukte dus (op het laatst) niet helemaal, maar het was symptomatisch voor de klantvriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid (die we zowat overal op Sicilië hebben ervaren !) dat de jongedame van de receptie ons na een telefoontje van ons kwam ophalen op de verkeerde (parkeer)plek, en ons vooraf ging op haar scooter naar de B&B en hun parkeerplek. Verder (vrijwel) niets dan lof over deze B&B. De kamer was prima qua grootte, met een klein balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad beneden. De badkamer was prima en verzorgd. Er was airco en een koelkast. En de bedden waren prima met een heerlijk hard matras. Verder beschikte de kleine (5 kamers) B&B over een zeer ruim zwembad (waarschijnlijk gedeeld met een ander pension in hetzelfde gebouw), waar we zowat alleen in lagen. Ook het parkeren was gratis op een (met een hek) afgesloten klein parkeerterrein op 100 meter van de B&B. Het ontbijt was wat meer basic dan we op andere plekken op Sicilië gewend waren, maar verder prima. De hartelijkheid van Laura en haar familieleden (dochters ?) was typisch Siciliaans. En de ligging was precies waarom we dit hadden uitgekozen: rustig, en op loopafstand van het oude historische centrum, en ook op loopafstand van de kabelbaan naar het strand en Isola Bella in Mazzarò.
− De hygiëne in de kamer was prima, maar (uitsluitend) de gang naar het zwembad binnendoor het hotel vonden we iets "smoezeliger", waarschijnlijk omdat dat deel van het gebouw gedeeld werd met een ander pension ?
Perfect choice for exploring Taormina by foot.
9.0Loved the location which was within close proximity of the town. We could walk everywhere and did not need to use our car. The property was very charming and clean and the owner went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect and even assisted with shopping and dining recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.
− If you love firm mattresses and pillows, this is the place for you....(I personally prefer softer mattresses and pillows..so the bed was not my favourite ...)
Would recommend staying on your visit to Taormina.

10.0Nettes Zimmer mit großartiger Aussicht, wir haben den grossen Balkon sehr genossen. Bad klein und sauber. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich wirklich kümmern. Wir haben das B&B nach einigen Irrwegen in der verwirrenden Strassenführung von Taolima kaum gefunden. Wir mussten anrufen, da wir keine Chance mehr hatten das B&B zu finden, wir standen aber direkt davor. Leider etwas versteckt und an der Strasse nicht angeschrieben. Wir wurden dann abgeholt und konnten darauf das Auto im geschützten Bereich abstellen. Gutes kleines Frühstück. Poolbereich wäre schön, es war aber zu kühl um zu baden
