Bem localizado e confortável. Piscina limpa assim como os cômodos. Possui utensílios para uso. Boa quantidade de banheiros. Condomínio aparentemente seguro e com espaço para estacionar.
− Não há ar condicionado em todos os quartos, e nos quartos que tem não funciona bem. A água é de poço com bomba de controle manual tem que ligar e desligar se não extravasa do tanque como aconteceu.
