− In the property description it says that there is a sauna, and based on the photos everything looks like a private house with its own sauna. However, after we paid in full, we found out that the sauna is located far from the house, it is a public sauna, and it operates by the hour. For an additional fee, you can rent a “private” sauna for 2 hours, but you have to heat it yourself. It is impossible to properly heat the sauna and use it within just 2 hours! We contacted the property stating that the description contains incorrect information and that this option does not suit us for health reasons, and we asked for a refund — but we were refused. This is not customer-oriented at all. They didn’t even return the amount allocated for cleaning. Please be careful with this property. After payment, you will receive a lot of new information that may not suit you, but they will not refund your money. This includes the fact that it is a complex of several buildings and your privacy may be affected, a large security deposit is required, etc.
